Engine Cleaner and Degreaser
Modern living makes engines work harder which creates dirt and sludge that can clog vital engine parts. This can have an impact on the engine operation if left untreated.
The AUTOBLIZZ engine cleaner is designed to remove grease, oils, cutting fluids, corrosion inhibitors. The engine cleanser and degreaser helps to maintain the cleanliness and efficient operation of the engine cleaner.
How to use
- Make sure your engine is off and cool touch.
- Cover any sensitive electrical component such as the battery, ignition wires and engine control unit.
- Thoroughly spray the entire engine compartment with the AUTOBLIZZ degreaser.
- Depending on how dirty your engine is, you may need to scrub or not. A small bristle brush can help.
- Rinse thoroughly. If you have a power washer you can use it but a standard hose will work as well.
- Rinse the entire compartment working from back to front washing away all the degreaser.
- Avoid spraying electrical components and try to prevent spraying much water onto areas that won’t dry easily.
- If you have a compressed air available you can blast air in the nooks to remove excess water. If not wipe everything you can reach with a towel or rug to remove all water and remaining grime.
- Replace the negative terminal on the battery and remove all water and remaining grime.
- Don not get the engine too dirty in the first place. A quick degreasing every year will keep your engine looking clean
